Bring hands-on STEM learning to your classroom—without the hassle! The TIU 11 STEM Lending Library provides teachers with classroom-ready materials like robots, 3D printers, and engineering kits, along with online training to support their use. Schools partner with TIU 11 to access the collection, and teachers register, reserve, and receive resources. It’s an easy way to explore, teach, and inspire through STEM—one resource at a time!

How It Works

Imagine a library—just for STEM! Borrow classroom-ready tools and tech, plus access online training to help you use them with confidence.

  1. Partner Up
    Your school or district connects with the Intermediate Unit (IU).

  2. Sign Up
    Teachers self-register and select their school. The IU serving your area will help you get started.

  3. Browse & Learn
    Explore a wide range of STEM resources—from coding robots to 3D printers. Each includes online training (some quick courses may be required before checkout).

  4. Reserve & Receive
    Choose what you need and when you need it. Your IU team will prepare and deliver the materials right to you.

  5. Teach & Return
    Use the resources in your classroom, then send them back when finished. The IU takes care of the rest!
